I have been with GBS since 1983. I started as a data entry clerk. During 1985 I was selected by the company to head the electronic filing program in which we participated with internal revenue service in a test pilot program. I have continued running the E-File program for GBS as well as the refund anticipation loan program. In 1991 I took over as manager of H&R Block and continued to do so until we sold block in 1994, at which time I assumed general manager duties for GBS. My responsibilities at this time include: General bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, new accounts and head of tax operations for personal income tax preparation and electronic filing.
